A street tough guy from Philadelphia returns home after a stint in the military that kept him out of jail. Back with his old influences he once again finds himself involved with the organized crime associates who caused him to be sent off in the first place. He must dive back into that world to save his brother and cousin who are being drawn into the temptations that originally corrupted him.
