A biographical drama based on the life
and times of Selena (Jennifer Lopez), the Tejano pop singer who was shot to
death by the former president of her fan club. Yolana Saldivar was found guilty
of murder and sentenced to life in prison. The story charts the singer’s rise
to the top of the Latin charts and her posthumous crossover to mainstream
audiences.
