Jason James Richter returns for a third go-round in this sequel to the popular family drama. This time out, a young man’s father is running an illegal whaling operation. When he meets up with Willy’s friend, Jesse (Jason James Richter), now 17, tracking whales on an oceanic research vessel, the two boys embark on a risky adventure to save the lives of a giant Orca and its family.
