Stan and Ollie aid in the capture of a bank robber and the grateful bank president rewards them with scholarships to England's Oxford University. There it is discovered that Stan is actually Lord Paddington, the school's most brilliant student and greatest athlete, who years ago lost his memory and wandered off. When Stan receives a bump on the head he is transformed back into the lordly scholar — but now he doesn't remember his pal Ollie!
